Cancelling an order
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website within 7 days of receiving our order confirmation email. If we have not yet despatched the goods, we will cancel your order and make an immediate repayment. You can cancel an order by emailing info@lifftslings.com or writing to us at the address below.
Returning an item
As part of our service we are pleased to exchange garments as often as it takes for you to feel satisfied with the fit - but this is conditional upon goods being returned unworn other than for the purpose of trying them on to check the fit.
We will refund your money without question if we receive the item in an unworn and unused condition with all original packaging within 28 days of original purchase. If you return an order in full a restocking charge of £3.50 per order or per exchange may be deducted from your refund. We reserve the right to charge our carriage fees if your sling was delivered with free postage.
We regret that we do not refund the cost of returns postage, except where the return is a result of our error. Please retain a certificate of posting from the Post Office or use a recorded-delivery service when returning goods as we cannot be held responsible for lost parcels.To return an item, send the goods to the address below quoting your order number and reason for cancellation eg. defective items. Please ensure that you include your original receipt with your return.
