We are proud to host this novel, yet invaluable group, where parents and carers can learn how to carry their little ones in various kinds of slings.
There are an enormous number of baby slings on the market and learning how to choose and use one can be daunting. The sling group allows people to try different types and benefit from other peoples experience so that they can choose a carrier which will suit both them and their baby. Experienced ‘babywearers’ offer newcomers all the help they need to be able to use a sling to its full potential!
As the group has become more popular, a ‘sling library’ has been established, allowing parents to loan a carrier FREE OF CHARGE before they invest in one, which is increasingly important in this economic climate. More importantly though, it is a friendly and fun group that is really welcoming. all mums need help and advice as they enter this new phase in their life and our group offers them this support.
